Understanding Status
PENDING: This status means that your enquiry / order has not yet been seen and is in the queue to be viewed by us. It takes some time to view your enquiry / order request by our team.
IN PROCESS: This status means that your enquiry / order has been viewed by our team and we are working on it. You will receive a reply soon.
IN PROCESS: This status means that your enquiry / order has been viewed by our team and we are working on it. You will receive a reply soon.
REPLIED: This status means that your enquiry has been replied.
DELIVERED: This status means that your order has been processed and has been delivered to you for processing of Payment so that you can download your order.
COMPLETED: This status means that you have paid for your order and you can download your order files for “Download Your Order Files” area.
EDIT REQUEST: This status means that you have sent a request to edit your order and the order is under editing process at our end.
EDIT COMPLETED: This status means that your edit request has been completed and delivered to you. You can download your edited files in the discussions box and use them. If you are not satisfied with the editing, you can request editing again and the status will change to “EDIT REQUEST” again.
In case of any Editing, revision, or complaint regarding the design you can write your comment in the same order form in “chat box”.
All queries / requests related to payments and refunds should be asked to Admin only!
